The accommodation contract between Maria Ebner OG and the guest is governed by the Austrian General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (ÖHVB) in their applicable version — the established industry standard also used via steiermark.com and feratel. They cover, among other things, conclusion of contract, cancellation and withdrawal, the parties’ obligations and liability.
Prices and local visitor’s tax
All prices are final prices including VAT. The local visitor’s tax is included in the price. The breakfast price shown on the “Services” page applies per person and night.
Right of withdrawal (FAGG)
For contracts on accommodation for a specific date or period, consumers have no 14-day right of withdrawal under § 18(1)(10) of the Austrian Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (FAGG). We inform you of this before you complete your booking. Cancellation and withdrawal conditions follow the ÖHVB.
