By observing these house rules you help ensure that all guests feel at ease and that our holiday apartments stay in the best condition for future visitors.
General
Our guests and their visitors are required to observe these house rules throughout their stay. Please also note any additional information we give you in person, by phone or in writing. We ask for respectful treatment of the accommodation, the neighbours and nature.
Children
Throughout the stay, the duty of supervision for children rests solely with their parents or guardians, who bear full responsibility for their children’s safety — particularly on the terrace and outdoors.
Consideration
Please be considerate and avoid unnecessary noise. Be mindful of a pleasant atmosphere and of our neighbours and the surrounding residents.
Visitors
Visitors are welcome during the day and are likewise bound by these house rules. Overnight guests are permitted only by prior arrangement with us; additional charges may apply according to the current price list.
Safety and sustainability
Sustainability matters to us. Please switch off lights, television and other electrical devices when not in use, and close all windows and doors when leaving the accommodation. This protects the building from the weather and helps keep it secure.
Parties and events
Parties, celebrations or larger events are not permitted in the apartment. Small gatherings are allowed only if they do not disturb the neighbourhood and all provisions of these house rules are observed.
Pets
Unfortunately, pets are not permitted in our holiday apartments.
Smoking
Smoking is permitted outdoors only (terrace, driveway or car park). Please dispose of cigarette ends solely in the ashtrays provided; discarding them on the grounds is not permitted.
Balcony and terrace
Babies and children must be supervised on the balcony and terrace at all times. Open fire and fire pits are not permitted.
Damage
Please treat our furnishings, furniture and equipment with care. Should something nonetheless be damaged or broken, please inform us immediately. Furniture may not be moved to other rooms without prior consent. The towels provided are for use within the apartment only and may not, for example, be taken to Lake Stubenberg.

Compliance
These house rules form part of the rental agreement. In the event of repeated or serious breaches, we reserve the right to end the stay or to charge for any damage or additional costs incurred. Thank you for your understanding and consideration — we wish you a relaxing and pleasant stay.
